Vesion 13 - Multiple Layouts (NEW)


 31st August 2008 - 20th May 2009

Much like version 12 of the site this version featured six different header images and colours schemes, one for each of the main sections of the website (fanart, goodies, hosting, elite archives, www and home). The layouts for this version featured cropped and re-coloured wallpapers from Supernatural, Dark Angel, Twilight, and Moonlight. I updated the colours schemes to match the new layouts, but on the whole the website remained the same.

To view any of the header images just click on the thumbnail and it will bring them up. The resources for each of the header images can be found in their respective wallpaper sections. The colours schemes matched each of the layouts.
Vesion 12 - Multiple Layouts

For this version of Radiance I decided to make-over the site and give it a whole new look and feel. While going to Radiance would take you to one layout, each page (fanart, goodies, hosting, elite archives, www and home) had its own header image and colour scheme that would remain throughout all the sub-pages of that section. Vesion 11 'Hunter'
27th May - 24th September 2007

So this piece started out as a wallpaper featuring Dean from Supernatural. Stock images were from Image After, and the images of Dean are from Supernatural Media - Repro Images. For the gradients I used a couple from Wendy at Black Lagoon. Fonts used are Times New Roman and Porcelain.
Vesion 10 'Radiance Shattered, Demon!John'
5th April - 27th May 2007

Really wish I didn't have to let the Darla layout go, but never mind. I wanted to do something darker and grungier, so here it is. Also note this is my first Supernatural layout, woo! Stock image was from Stock Xchng, and the images of John are from Supernatural Media - Repro Images. Again brushes used were from Hybrid Genesis and Ewanism, and one of the gradients is from Elucidation. Font used in the graphic is simply Times New Roman, but Times didn't look good on the rest of the page so I kept the font in the site the same, so it's still Tahoma. Think that's all there is to it. :)
Vesion 9 'A Beautiful Killer'
7th September 2006 - 5th April 2007

I was flicking through a bunch of textures from Trex-Ture when I found this one, and I had a pile of Darla images on my HDD that I had saved ages ago and I just started playing with it, until I made the image used on this layout. I then slapped a border around it, and started putting text and brushes on top. Brushes are from Elucidation, Hybrid Genesis and Ewanism. Font used on graphics is Narkisim, and font used throughout the layout is Tahoma.
Vesion 8 'Good Vs. Evil'
9th August 2006 - 7th September 2006

Photoshop. This was a cropped wallpaper. I got the patterns from Monica, cloud brushes from Spy Glass, and used the custom shape tool to make a pop-arty style wallpaper. Font used was 5 cent. Not really much to say on this, sorry guys!
Vesion 7 'Charismatic'
3rd February 2006 - 9th August 2006

Photoshop. I found the images on an LJ challenge community, I made a blend for the images, but never got around to entering. So found the blend on my computer and decided to change it around and make a new layout. I had to make one that was slightly brighter than before, but it broke my heart to take the Spangel layout down, I loved it. Couple of brushes used from Hybrid-Genesis. Fonts used were Carnivalee Freakshow, and Times New Roman.
Vesion 6 'You'll Never Be Friends'
3rd December 2005 - 3rd February 2006

Photoshop. I did a pile of icons from Lover's Walk and then paused and thought - now hey I could do a layout out of these images; and for some reason 'spangel' automatically came into my head. So I blended these images together and burned bits, played with the colours, and tada! Spanglish layout. ;) The images used were from Screencap Paradise. Fonts used were VTS Switchblade Romance for the main text, Verdana for the small writing and Vladimir script for the 'spike' and 'angel' text. etc.
Vesion 5 'Coiffed'
18th October - 3rd December 2005

Done in Photoshop...again. I grabbed images from 'Halloween' a season two episode of Buffy and played around with them a little. I owe the inspiration of the graphics to Lulubell. The images used were from Screencap Paradise. Fonts used were Verdana for the writing, and Yoinks and Hurricane for the x's etc.
Vesion 4 'So Wrong'
26th July - 18th October

Again, this layout was done in Photoshop. It is actually a wallpaper cropped and then I designed a soft green layout around the image. :) This is a Buffy and Spike themed layout from the episode 'Who Are You?' in season four of 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' The images used were from Screencap Paradise. Font used was just Times New Roman.
Vesion 3 'Jessica Alba'
12th June - 26th July

Another layout done in Adobe Photoshop, the brushes used are my own, and the photos are from the fab Jessica Alba site J.A.D.E. - I simply took a few 'Sin City' promo shots and blended them over a couple of brushes then a couple on top. Fonts used were 'Movie Poster' and 'Strokey Bacon'.
Vesion 2 'Beyonce'
30th April - 12th June

This layout was designed in Adobe PhotoShop 7 again, and I used a mixture of two existing wallpapers with Beyonce in them. I loved the colours in the first wallpaper and just merged the other images of Beyonce over it. To view the Beyonce wallpapers click here, the photos used of Beyonce are from Love Beyonce. Font used was 'Typographer Caps'
Vesion 1 'The Aviator' - Too Crazy for Me
15th March - 30th April

This layout was designed in Adobe PhotoShop 7. The photos used in this layout are from the fabulous site Kate Beckinsale Online so a huge credit to there! I used the colours because it's March and supposedly springtime, so I figured I would make a nice bright fresh layout. Orange colours give it a lot warmth too, I really like this layout. :) Fonts used in this wallpaper were 'Kathleenie Font' and '59th Street Bridge'
