I don't have a lot of rules but I do feel that I need to stress some things so here go:

01. No porn, it's just not nice - if you have fics that have sexual content that's a different matter, and as long as they are rated there's no problems there. :)
02. No hate, bashing or discriminative content, it's just not nice.
03. Give credit where credit is due, it's just polite.
04. If you win an award please display it and link back - I'm taking the time to view your site, it's only fair that you appreciate that and show the award.
05. Please sign my guestbook. :)
